One of the primary handlers on the undefeated 2013 Boston Whitecaps championship team, Cooper has been a stabilizing presence of the Whitecaps during his three season career. Cooper has proved to be solid behind the disc on both the O-line and the D-line. Playing more points than any other Whitecap in 2013, Cooper, a Tuft’s product, was an integral part of the undefeated season and first Championship run. Finishing his first year with 12 goals, 16 assists and 2 blocks playing almost entirely on offense. Returning in 2014, Cooper switched in Coach Sam Rosenthal’s system to being the team’s main D-line handler, bringing smart decisions and stability to the team after the turn.

After taking 2015 off, Cooper returned to the Whitecaps this past season to bring a veteran presence to a team that was increasingly youthful. Completing 92.4% of his passes over his career, Cooper’s sure-handedness has been an asset throughout his time with the Whitecaps, as he continues to be a significant piece of the most successful franchise in MLU History.
